Talent Acquisition RecruiterTalent Acquisition Recruiter Needed!What's in it for you?Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Talent Acquisition Recruiter Details:Contract to Hire position$ 35.00 / annuallyFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Job Details:Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume positions including warehouse associates, processors, forklift operators, customer service representatives, and call center employeesSource, screen, and interview candidates to build and maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified talentCoordinate and fill new hire classes by scheduling interviews, extending offers, and ensuring onboarding requirements are completed on timePartner closely with Operations and Customer Service leadership to identify staffing needs and prioritize critical openingsMaintain accurate candidate records and requisition activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Collaborate with staffing agencies, workforce development programs, job fairs, and community partners to generate candidate flowDeliver a positive candidate experience through consistent communication, timely follow-up, and efficient hiring processesTalent Acquisition Recruiter Qualifications:2+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment such as staffing, light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, customer service, or call center recruitingProven ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously while meeting aggressive hiring goals and deadlinesExperience conducting phone screens, interviews, candidate assessments, and offer negotiationsStrong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting metricsExcellent communication, organizational, and time management skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a strong sense of urgencyBilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not requiredApplicant may be subject to a background check*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
