This role is about more than just selling clothes it's about getting to know clients, understanding their lifestyle, and becoming their go-to source for style advice year after year. The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, and motivated by building a loyal client book, not just closing a single sale.This is an on-site position working closely with clients, tailors, and store leadership to create a personalized, memorable shopping experience from the first visit to the fitting room.Key Responsibilities Build genuine, lasting relationships with clients and maintain a strong client book Provide styling advice and curate outfits based on each client's needs and lifestyle Follow up with clients proactively for new arrivals, special occasions, and repeat visits Stay current on trends, product knowledge, and seasonal collections Partner with tailoring team to ensure a seamless fit and alteration experience Help create an inviting, well-merchandised sales floor Meet personal sales goals and contribute to overall team success Bring positive, welcoming energy to every client interactionQualifications Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for relationship-building Fashion-forward with a strong sense of personal style Men's custom suiting experience is a plus Self-motivated and driven by sales goals and client retention Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment Team-oriented with strong communication skills Saturday availability Retail or styling experience preferred but not required attitude and people skills matter mostPerks Monthly bonus opportunities based on team sales performance Health benefits and 401(k) options for full-time employees Opportunity to work alongside an amazing team as we build something new here in Lancaster County
