Caretta Senior Living, a new assisted living community in Bellevue, WI, is looking for a full-time and part-time Caregiver to join our team! Caregiver Job Details:

• Hours Full-Time and Part-Time Hours Available
• Schedule AM Shift 6am - 2pm, PM Shift 2pm - 10pm, Overnight 10pm-6am
• Pay Range $16.00 - 21.00 / hour (based on experience)

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) as indicated on the individualized service agreement
• Help each resident to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.
• Provide residents with both physical and emotional support.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreement
• The Caregiver observes clients and reports changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, loss of appetite, weight, etc. to the case manager.
• Interact with residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate.
• Complete all required documentation daily, service schedule, flow sheet, communication book, etc.

Caregiver Qualifications:

• WI CBRF Certification (Preferred)
• Six months of experience in long term care or assisted living residence (Preferred)
• Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred)
• Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the resident's best interests.

Hours:

• AM Shift : 6:00am-2:00pm FULL TIME (32 hours/week) and PART TIME (16-24 hours/week) HOURS with pick up opportunities
• PM Shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm FULL TIME (32 hours/week) and PART TIME (16-24 hours/week) HOURS with pick up opportunities
• Overnight Shift : 10:00pm-6:00am FULL TIME (32 hours/week) and PART TIME (16-24 hours/week) HOURS with pick up opportunities
