Shift: Night Shift, 12-hour shifts

Hours/Week: Approximately 36 hours/week

Employment Type: Contract

Licensure: Valid RN license in Florida

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Hourly Pay Rate: $54.31

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care using the nursing process within regulatory standards
• Evaluate patient needs, implement appropriate teaching strategies, and coordinate overall care
• Delegate tasks to licensed and ancillary team members effectively
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Use data and clinical knowledge to evaluate and improve patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and standards
• Support unit and organizational goals through professional practice and team collaboration

What You Need

• Valid Florida RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Proficiency in healthcare software and technology
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Certification in a clinical specialty area
