Surgical Services - CVOR Tech

The call requirement is 2-3 calls/ week and at least 1 weekend per month ( 24hrs- Saturday and Sunday). Depending on mix of staff, it could be as high as 10 weekdays per month Monday thru Friday, off day varies, on call required. Operating Room - CVOR Tech 10HR - DAYS AHC has a strict no-tobacco policy and tests for nicotine & cotinine. Do not submit travelers who use any form of nicotine (puffs, vapes, cigarettes, gum, patches, etc). They will be automatically canceled if they fail the drug screen! Position / Specialty: CVOR Tech Shift: Days Types of Cases REQ: Adults, Adolescents, Geriatrics - General and Neuro Surgery Types of Cases Preferred: Cardiovascular # of OR's: 12 Years of experience REQ: 2year First-timers accepted: No Weekend REQ: Yes National Certs REQ: NBSTSA - strongly preferred BLS REQ: Yes Is on-call REQ? Yes Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No Floating Req to Sister Facilities: No Open to accommodating block schedule? Yes Locals accepted: Yes, Same BR Pending State License accepted: No RTO Restrictions: 1 Request Guaranteed Hours: 40 Special Requirements: Scrub experience Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Acute Care Hospital Magnet / Teaching / Level Trauma (if applicable): N/A Total Staffed Beds: 178 Scrub Color: Provided Charting: Cerner Parking Cost: South Parking Garage is free
