About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director for the Kennebec Regional Health Alliance. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of leading with purpose, driving change, and shaping the future of value-based healthcare. This pivotal role involves strategic leadership to develop and implement the organization's strategic plan, financial oversight to manage the budget and identify opportunities for shared savings, and performance measurement to establish and monitor key performance indicators.
