CNC ProgrammerRole Summary: Develop and maintain NC programs for DMU machines using Siemens-based programming environments to support precision aerospace manufacturing.Key Responsibilities:Create, test, and optimize NC programs for machining operations; interpret engineering drawings, tooling requirements, and process plans;support setup, prove-out, and shop floor issue resolution; improve program efficiency and machining performance;coordinate with manufacturing engineers, machinists, and quality teams.Required Skills and Experience:Strong NC programming background in precision machining; experience with DMU equipment and Siemens controls/programming environment; ability to troubleshoot machining issues and support production execution.Preferred:Aerospace machining experience, knowledge of tooling/fixture considerations, and familiarity with NX or related CAM environmentsDiverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
