Benefits Medical, dental, vision, AD&D coverage Short‑term and long‑term disability, life insurance 401(k) retirement savings with employer match Paid parental leave, paid time off, holiday pay Employee Assistance Program Job Summary The Practice Group Manager will provide direction, coaching, and support to team members and clinicians in assigned offices, acting as a local culture carrier and extending operations leadership. Compensation Salary range: $90,000 – $115,000 per year plus annual bonus potential. Location 199 Liberty St SW, Leesburg, VA 20175 Duties & Responsibilities Manage financial performance, including revenue, margin, and EBITDA targets. Coordinate and oversee day‑to‑day operations to ensure efficiency and SOP compliance, escalating facility issues. Report on key performance indicators, variance analysis, and develop action plans to meet objectives. Provide root‑cause analysis and actionable plans for under‑performance. Implement operational and clinical processes to drive service excellence. Collaborate with shared services teams to support clinicians and patients. Manage local referral source relationships and promote the Practice Group locally. Assess patient capacity and clinician utilization with leadership. Recruit, train, and perform performance management for office team members. Cultivate a positive team culture and ensure training needs are met. Directly manage performance and engagement of direct reports (clinicians, coordinators, medical services staff). Ensure mental‑health service delivery aligns with organizational expectations and policies. Provide administrative and operational support to therapists and prescribers. Facilitate clinician onboarding, training, and administrative process integration. Coordinate intake matching and patient ramp for new clinical team members. Serve as the operations contact for clinician administrative questions and concerns. Resolve escalated patient complaints in partnership with clinical/medical leadership. Monitor clinician satisfaction, retention, and provide mentorship and career development support. Communicate weekly with operational and clinical directors regarding clinician issues and satisfaction. Required Skills & Abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas). Strong technical and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to handle sensitive, confidential information. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Leadership, coaching, and performance‑management experience. Ability to manage multiple priorities and rapidly changing environments. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience *or* 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience. Physical Requirements Regular sitting, standing, walking, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations are available to meet essential job functions.
