North American Title Loans – Floating Customer Service Representative

**We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to float between the following three locations:

3101 Woodward Ave. Muscle Shoals, AL 35661

2600 Jackson Hwy Sheffield, AL 35660

205 Cox Creek Parkway Florence, AL 35630

Incentives:

•Full Time Positions: rotating Monday – Friday and rotating Saturdays. Closed Sundays!

Requirements:

•Must be 18 years or older

•Must be able to work full time

•A high school degree or equivalent

•Basic computer and data entry experience

•Minimum 2 years customer service experience

•Collections experience preferred

•Criminal background check

•Consumer credit check

•Drug screen

Primary Responsibilities:

•Provide superior customer service

•Loan processing

•Cash handling

•Collection calls
