Clinical Oncology Specialist

Natera seeks a Clinical Oncology Specialist to drive sales growth across a Texas and Louisiana territory. The role involves establishing physician relationships, managing accounts, and executing strategic initiatives within oncology diagnostics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory plan to meet sales objectives
- Build and maintain key opinion leader relationships with cancer centers and clinics
- Acquire new accounts and expand existing customer base while managing revenue
- Implement laboratory services agreements and cross-functional sales initiatives
- Maintain product, market, and competitor knowledge to support consultative selling
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of sales experience
- Background in oncology or diagnostic sales preferred
- Knowledge of molecular diagnostics, personalized medicine, and reimbursement
- Demonstrated leadership and financial management capabilities
- Travel availability up to 50-75% within assigned territory
- Strong clinical and medical expertise in oncology
