Your Role As an essential member of our clinical team, you’ll provide exceptional, patient‑centered care while being part of a high‑performing team committed to excellence. What You’ll Do Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for a variety of urgent care conditions. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including X‑rays, labs, and EKGs. Perform typical urgent care procedures, such as wound closures, I&Ds, and splint applications. Collaborate with a network of peers and specialists to enhance patient outcomes. Triage and manage patients efficiently to maintain a smooth clinic flow. Access immediate support from a supervisor or experienced colleague when needed. Why Start as a Per Diem Clinician? Qualifications Physician Assistant: Medical/Master’s degree with a valid state license and national certification. Nurse Practitioner: RN license, NP certification, and a valid state license. Requirements Valid, unrestricted medical and DEA licenses. Ability to treat patients of all ages. DOT Certification: Must be obtained prior to your start date (Carbon will cover course and exam fees). BLS and/or ACLS certification required and must be obtained before your first day with Carbon Health. Compensation Per Diem Base Rate: $69.75 – $97.00 per hour. Compensation offers include an hourly rate and a balance of factors such as level of education, experience, work history, and geographic location.
