Restaurant Manager – Full-Service Casual Dining
Tinton Falls, NJ
Salary: $65,000–$70,000
Are you a passionate restaurant leader who thrives in a guest-focused, full-service environment? An established, high-volume casual dining restaurant in Monmouth County is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to help lead daily operations, develop a strong team, and deliver an outstanding dining experience.

What You'll Do:
- Lead daily front and back of house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Coach, develop, and motivate team members to achieve high performance
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new employees
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality
- Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and controllable costs
- Support financial performance by helping drive sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and operational standards
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented workplace culture
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service casual dining environment
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing teams
- Experience managing high-volume restaurant operations
- Working knowledge of labor management, food cost, and inventory control
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
