Marketing Manager, Full-Funnel (CPG & HCP) Location: 100% Remote (US-Based excluding California) Reporting To: Director of Marketing Role Type: Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive full-funnel growth at the intersection of consumer packaged goods (CPG) and healthcare provider (HCP) engagement. In this role, you will hold end-to-end ownership of integrated campaign strategy and creative execution—translating clinical science and consumer insights into high-converting campaigns across both DTC and medical professional channels. If you are a full-funnel strategist who thrives on owning campaign lifecycles from brief to performance analysis, this role offers direct impact in transforming women’s health. Architect and execute integrated marketing strategies across every stage of the funnel (awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention) tailored for dual audiences: Dual-Channel Growth (DTC + HCP): Develop distinct messaging frameworks that resonate with patients/consumers while establishing scientific credibility and clinical adoption among healthcare practitioners. Creative & Agency Leadership: Lead the creative lifecycle from strategic briefing to asset delivery, managing external creative agencies, production partners, and specialized freelancers. Oversee campaigns spanning paid digital (Meta, Google, CTV), retention channels (email, SMS), direct mail, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon). Testing & Data-Driven Iteration: Partner with Performance Media, Content, and Lifecycle leads to translate funnel analytics into clear creative hypotheses, running rigorous A/B and multivariate tests to improve CAC, LTV, and provider engagement. 7+ Years of Direct Marketing Experience: Demonstrated track record leading integrated, full-funnel marketing campaigns with measurable commercial impact. ~ CPG & E-Commerce Background: Hands-on experience driving customer acquisition and retention in consumer packaged goods (wellness, supplements, or regulated consumer products strongly preferred). ~ Proven HCP Marketing Acumen: Direct experience marketing to healthcare providers—understanding clinical positioning, medical education, detailing, or provider recommendation loops. ~ Demonstrated ability to manage performance metrics and customer journeys across paid media, CRM (email/SMS), web/landing pages, and retail/e-commerce ecosystems. ~ Agency & Vendor Management: Proven track record briefing, directing, and holding external creative and media agencies accountable to deadlines and performance standards. ~ Background working directly within or managing top-tier advertising/creative agencies. Deep familiarity with e-commerce operations across Shopify and Amazon. Experience navigating compliance and regulatory standards in health, wellness, or dietary supplements.
