Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)- Day shift

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Community Eldercare Services (CES) is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team. Full time | Day shift - 7am to 7pm Responsibilities Evaluation and delivery of care including medication administration, treatments, ADL care, etc. as ordered by physician and outlined in the plan of care (according to scope of practice). Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure residents receive quality care based on professional standards and facility policies. Communicate with residents, family members, physicians, and supervisors regarding resident status. Maintain up-to-date and accurate medical records during tour of duty on assigned unit. Other tasks as required.
