Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
• CCC or CFY status encouraged; both experienced SLPs and recent graduates are welcome
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Expertise in IEP development, therapy documentation, assessments, and treatment plans
• Commitment to culturally responsive, student-centered services

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement effective, individualized IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student growth
• Maintain accurate records and progress documentation
• Engage in multi-disciplinary team meetings and school activities
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and dynamic school culture
