Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job - Somerville, MA | Part-Time Summer Position

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time opportunity with Somerville Public Schools in Somerville, Massachusetts . This is a summer assignment ideal for BCBAs looking to make a meaningful impact in a school setting. Position Details Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Somerville, MA (Somerville Public Schools) Start Date: July 6, 2026 End Date: August 7, 2026 Schedule: 24 hours per week Days: 45 days per week Hours: 8:00 AM 1:00 PM Employment Type: Part-Time, Contract (through ProCare Therapy) Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to improve student outcomes Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management Qualifications Active BCBA License in Massachusetts Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field Previous school-based experience preferred ProCare Therapy Benefits Highly competitive compensation Weekly pay Comprehensive insurance (medical, dental, vision, life, and more) Matching 401(k) Flexible spending account (FSA) CEU reimbursement Bonus opportunities Travel stipends available for eligible candidates If you're a dedicated BCBA looking for a rewarding summer role in Somerville, MA , apply today to join ProCare Therapy and support students in Somerville Public Schools !
