Hospice Registered Nurse, Weekend Float (Montrose)

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday (plus one additional day of the week) 8am-5pm, with occasional on-call requirement Location: Montrose, Colorado Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Pay Range: Weekend differential of $5/hr for Sat-Sun ASN: $35.02$38.75/hour BSN: $36.20$40.05/hour

In addition to having strong clinical skills, Hospice Nurses are "teachers" helping patients identify their own personal goals of care and helping caregivers have confidence in caring for their family member. They are specialists in symptom management, requiring excellence in assessment and critical thinking. Float RN's have a unique opportunity to see a variety of patients, complete admissions and be support to their team during coverage needs. We provide care wherever our patients call home - private homes, nursing homes, group homes or assisted living facilities.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 12 years of nursing experience preferred
• Experience in home health, hospice, or acute care strongly preferred
• Current Colorado RN license maintained throughout employment
• Current CPR certification maintained throughout employment
• Valid Colorado driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to navigate emotional or high-stress situations with professionalism and compassion
• Experience with EHR systems and Microsoft Office applications
