Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: PCU Float Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Valid nursing license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS required Must-Have: - IV start experience - Telemetry experience - Patient ratio experience: 1:3-4 Description: This position requires a Registered Nurse in the PCU Float Pool to work night shifts. The nurse may be required to float to other areas within the facility as needed. No commuting is necessary between sites, as they are within close proximity. The estimated patient ratios will be 1:3-4. Candidates must have experience and skills in IV starts, telemetry, and other nursing protocols. Experience in managing various patient scenarios is essential. Nurses will work with adult and geriatric populations. Interdisciplinary support is available from several services. The role includes responsibilities for patient care in step-down unit types. Nurses must be able to handle emergency situations effectively.
