Responsibilities - Coordinate and oversee the packing and labeling of belongings, ensuring items are handled with care and packed securely for transportation. - Support the logistics of the move, including using space plan and meeting movers - Provide hands-on assistance with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring the safe and efficient handling of belongings. - Support relocation team members during the packing, moving, and unpacking processes. - Assist clients with unpacking and setting up their new living spaces, including furniture arrangement, organizing belongings, and connecting utilities. - Offer emotional support and reassurance to clients throughout the relocation process, addressing any concerns or questions they may have. - Ensure all relocation tasks are completed on time and according to client specifications, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
