Schedule: Hospital Hours: Monday-Saturday Work Week for This Role: 4 days per week (Wednesday-Saturday) plus 1-2 on-call days per week Services: Small Animal and Large Animal General Practice Occasional Exotics Cases Preventive Care and Wellness Medicine Drop-Off Appointments Urgent Care and Emergency Cases During Regular Business Hours Emergency On-Call Services (5:00 PM-12:00 AM) Soft Tissue Surgery Dentistry Haul-In Appointments Farm Calls

We practice high-quality veterinary medicine supported by advanced diagnostics, clear medical protocols, and individualized treatment plans. Our team embraces a variety of treatment modalities while maintaining a practical approach tailored to each patient and client. Surgical Opportunities Our doctors perform a wide variety of procedures, including: Spays and neuters Mass removals Eyelid surgeries Foreign body surgeries Cystotomies Amputations Femoral Head Ostectomies (FHO) Additional soft tissue surgical procedures True Mixed Animal Practice Companion animal medicine and surgery Equine and livestock care Haul-in appointments Farm calls Limited emergency and urgent care services

Qualifications Required Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinariae Medicinae Doctoris (VMD) degree from an accredited veterinary program, or currently enrolled and expected to graduate from an accredited veterinary program Licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in Washington State Commitment to practicing high-quality veterinary medicine Strong communication and client relationship-building skills Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment Ideal Candidate Interest in mixed animal medicine Comfortable working with both companion animals and large animals, or eager to develop those skills Interest in surgery, urgent care, and emergency medicine Passion for lifelong learning and professional development Compassionate, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset

Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. The salary for this opportunity starts at $110,000+ annually. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location. You will be provided more detailed information about compensation and benefits for your specific location.
