Manage appointment scheduling using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY to optimize client flow. Upsell additional services such as hand or foot massages, nail enhancements, or retail products to enhance guest experience. Keep the work area clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies for efficient service delivery. Stay current on industry trends including new nail techniques, color theory, and innovative treatments like dermabrasion or dermal fillers when applicable. Additional expertise in body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair styling, or hair extensions is advantageous but not required.
