Senior Manager Facilities

Job Description Position will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operations, supervising, hiring, disciplining, and making managerial decisions over Facilities Plant Operators, Maintenance Technicians, and Lead Facilities Maintenance Representatives. The position is responsible for electrical systems for the main campus building and satellite clinics, and for managing the Nurse Call, Fire Alarm, and Pneumatic Tube systems. It also coordinates material deliveries and contractor functions for accurate and timely completion of repair and maintenance projects. Oversee day‑to‑day operations of facilities staff. Hire, discipline, and make managerial decisions for staff. Manage electrical systems for main campus and satellite clinics. Manage Nurse Call, Fire Alarm, and Pneumatic Tube systems. Coordinate material deliveries and contractor functions for repairs and maintenance. Job Requirements Applicable Experience: 3‑5 years’ experience as a Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager (American Association of Healthcare Engineering diploma).
