Role Description This contract role for a Speech Language Pathologist is a hybrid position based in Cumming, GA, with a combination of in-person sessions and some work-from-home flexibility. The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate and treat children and/or adults with speech, language, and communication disorders using evidence-based interventions. Daily responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing direct therapy, and maintaining timely, accurate documentation. The role also involves collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support carryover of skills across settings, participating in team meetings as needed, and contributing to a positive therapeutic environment aligned with the organization’s mission and values. Qualifications Strong clinical skills in Speech Therapy, including assessment, goal development, and evidence-based treatment. Experience addressing Speech and articulation needs across a range of ages and profiles. Knowledge and clinical experience in Dysphagia evaluation and management (where applicable to caseload). Expertise in Communication Disorders and Language Disorders, including receptive/expressive language and social communication. Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech Language Pathologist in Georgia and current ASHA CCC-SLP or CF with supervision eligibility. Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and family-education skills, with a client-centered and culturally responsive approach. Ability to manage a varied caseload, maintain organized documentation, and use electronic health records or digital documentation tools. Prior pediatric outpatient, school-based, or similar clinical experience is preferred but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
