Job Description Join our team as a Home Hardlines Order Associate, where you’ll play a vital role in maintaining merchandise displays and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and encourage team members to do the same. Order and stock merchandise for clip/swing displays, power panels, check stand ends, crossovers, and gift cards following schematic guidelines. Ensure the accuracy of your Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO) orders. Handle Replenishment Management System (RMS) requests effectively. Collaborate with other clerks to optimize ordering processes for impulse items. Maintain organized stockroom standards. Monitor and order displays for crossover merchandise. Process freight and manage inventory control duties. Conduct stock counts and verify promotional setups meet standards. Keep accurate counts for Replenishment and CAO items. Handle product deletions and assure pricing integrity. Follow corporate policies and promote company initiatives. Be proactive in addressing inventory issues and responding to customer inquiries. Ensure compliance with Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) standards. Complete tasks within set timelines and maintain detailed organization of responsibilities. Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Qualifications Minimum High school diploma or GED, with at least six months of company experience and one to two years of relevant retail experience. Aged 18 years or older. Must be able to pass a drug test. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working flexible hours including weekends and overtime. High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Experience with MAGIC applications and handheld devices. Proficient in using company email. Familiarity with industry terms and processes. Lift truck certification or license is required. Desired Knowledge of company policies and organizational structure. Proficiency with Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO).
