Skilled Nursing facility program needs compassionate physicians to join the team. The practice is expanding and with a brand new facility almost complete now is the perfect time to join in. The ideal candidate will be Internal Medicine or Family Practice trained and preferably experienced in SNF 's. A Geriatric fellowship would be a plus but not mandatory.
