What You'll Be Doing Installing, configuring and maintaining enterprise server and network hardware Rack & stack deployments, structured cabling and hardware commissioning Diagnosing and repairing server hardware faults, including CPUs, memory, storage and motherboards Supporting large-scale hardware deployments and infrastructure upgrades Working alongside facilities teams to maintain power, cooling and environmental systems Managing spare parts inventory and hardware lifecycle activities Responding to incidents within a 24/7 production environment Collaborating with engineering teams to improve deployment efficiency and operational reliability What We're Looking For 3+ years' experience within a data centre, enterprise IT or critical infrastructure environment Strong server hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics experience Hands‑on experience with rack & stack installations and structured cabling Familiarity with mission‑critical environments where uptime is paramount A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Experience supporting high-density compute, GPU infrastructure or hyperscale environments would be advantageous but isn't essential.
