Where you'll be working:

Location(s): Elk Grove, CA

Setting: Center-based

Population Served: Children with autism presenting complex and severe behaviors, including aggression, self-injury, elopement, pica, and other high-risk behaviors

What You'll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

• Deliver highly customized treatment for children presenting complex and severe behaviors - aggression, self-injury, elopement, pica, and other high-risk behaviors
• Develop individualized, function-based treatment plans - no cookie-cutter programming
• Lead a team of behavior technicians trained specifically in severe behavior, working with increased staff-to-client ratios and advanced safety protocols
• Collaborate on case consultation with clinicians experienced in this population
• Partner closely with families to build safe, sustainable, long-term behavior change

Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

• Caseload size: small caseloads, with increased client staffing ratios
• Specialized support: providers trained specifically in severe behavior, collaborative case consultation, and mentorship from experts in the field
• Ethics first: full compliance with BACB, state, and payer guidelines - quality care and meaningful supervision come before volume
• Outcomes: the programme reports a very substantial reduction in severe behaviours among its graduates
• RBT quality: first-time BACB exam pass rates well above the national average, through an accredited in-house training system

Compensation & Perks (real ones):

• Base salary: $85,000 - $96,000
• Bonus structure: $7,000 - $18,000 (paid monthly)
• Sign-on bonus: $5,000 - $20,000 (depending on start date and location)
• Total annual compensation: Up to $114,000
