Location: Plano, TX-75023

Duration: 12-Months

Pay rate: $28/hr

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator/Project Analyst to support strategic Supply Chain initiatives and cross-functional projects. This role will be responsible for tracking project activities, managing action items, documenting business processes, gathering requirements, coordinating follow-ups, and supporting communication across business and project teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, project coordination experience, and a basic understanding of supply chain operations. Korean language proficiency is highly preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track project milestones, action items, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Attend meetings and document key decisions, risks, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather status updates and project requirements.
• Maintain project trackers, status reports, and Excel-based tracking tools.
• Consolidate feedback from various teams and ensure timely follow-up on open items.
• Support business process documentation and requirements gathering activities.
• Assist with collecting process, reporting, and system-related information.
• Coordinate communication between business users and project teams.
• Support supply chain initiatives involving inventory, forecasting, reporting, and operational processes.
• Gather information related to SAP reports, transactions, and business workflows as needed.
• Assist with documentation related to supply chain transformation and innovation projects.

Required Qualifications:

• 24 years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Analysis, Business Analysis, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Experience tracking action items, project tasks, and deliverables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• Basic understanding of supply chain operations, inventory, forecasting, logistics, or business processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Korean language proficiency (reading preferred; speaking is a plus).
• Experience supporting PMO, project management, or business transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to SAP or ERP systems.
• Experience with business process documentation and requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with AI concepts or terminology.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
