Shipping/Receiving Clerk

Are you an organized, safety-conscious warehouse professional who takes pride in fast, accurate shipments? We are seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Shipper to join our fast-paced warehouse team. In this role, you will play a critical part in our daily logistics chain—handling domestic and international shipments, verifying incoming inventory, and placing materials in designated warehouse bin locations. The ideal candidate takes ownership of their work, spots discrepancies before they become big issues, and keeps outbound materials moving safely and on schedule. Experience with BOL, WMS, ERP a plus. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Experience using WMS, RF scanner, or inventory management system.

• Process parcel, LTL, and freight shipments using appropriate shipping systems and carrier portals.
• Generate shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading (BOLs), and other required shipping documentation.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, addresses, weights, dimensions, and shipping instructions before releasing orders.
• Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against sales orders and packing documentation.
• Perform putaway of received materials into designated warehouse/bin locations.
• Accurately scan or enter inventory movements into the company's ERP/WMS or inventory management system.
• Replenish picking locations and move materials between warehouse locations as required.
• Maintain accurate inventory locations and report discrepancies, shortages, overages, or damaged materials.
• Safely operate pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Properly wrap, strap, label, palletize, and secure freight for transportation if needed.
• Coordinate with carriers and warehouse personnel to ensure shipments are completed on schedule.
• Maintain clean and organized shipping, receiving, staging, and storage areas.
• Follow company safety procedures and proper material-handling practices.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and general warehouse duties as needed.
