Providing essential support for clinical and wellness programs, the part-time Concierge in the Remote Concierge Call Center will manage inquiries, verify eligibility, schedule appointments, and assist with technical support while working from home. Key responsibilities Responds to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering courteous and professional service Determines program eligibility and collects detailed information, maintaining confidentiality and accurate records Coordinates appointments and guides participants through pre-visit requirements, ensuring a smooth experience Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED certificate required 1 year of experience in Call Center or Customer Service operations, preferably in a Managed Care or Health Care environment 3 years of general office experience including administrative support and project management preferred Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint Demonstrated technical proficiency and ability to learn multiple systems and tools
