Job Title: Maintenance Master Tech II

Job Location: Pine Grove PA

Duration: 4 Months

Job Type: Temp to Hire

Work Type: Onsite

Shift Timings: M-F 7am-3:30pm.

Job Description:

• Must put Safety first in all circumstances regardless of customer demand
• Technician is able to fabricate and perform minimal mechanical repairs on equipment
• Utilizes Site CMMS by documenting all work performed in accordance with company policy
• Supports RCCA on equipment to ensure failure modes are identified eliminating/reducing future issues
• Performs preventive maintenance on time as directed by supervisor
• Performs and documents inspections in compliance with Quality and Safety standards required by customer/site
• Provide Limited Support on site equipment to improve equipment safety/reliability/functionality
• Use computer and mobile device to document and track work performed through CMMS.
• Technician is required to document the following:
• Labor Time
• Equipment Downtime
• Equipment Comments in SAR (Situation Action Result) Format
• Failure Modes
• WO Completion
• Must be able to use variety of tools associated with Equipment/Facility Maintenance with a focus on fabrication equipment (i.e. grinders cutters welders metal handling equipment etc.)
• Practice 5S always
• Demonstrates and exercises good discretionary judgement in the execution of problem identification and resolution
• Operates mobile equipment (fork trucks personnel lifts etc.

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

• The responsibilities of the Master Tech 2 - Fabricator
• Support Site Safety projects
• Support Fabrication Related Projects/minimal reactive work (mechanical only)
• Responsible for documenting all work performed and communicating issues found with Supervisor/Plant Technical Manager
• Responsible for completing all assigned scheduled maintenance in support of production
• Supports equipment modifications installation and retrofits

TOOLS & EQUIPMENT:

The following is provided by client:

• All tools and equipment related to the support of the machines will be provided for the technician. Offsite equipment will not be permitted onsite without permission of Plant Technical Manager & HR
• All specialty tools specific to the equipment
• General PPE and PPE Specific to the position
• All Calibration Required Measurement tools

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Must have welding certification of 3 years experience welding MIG and Stick (validated at interview)

• Plant Technical Manager Maintenance Leads/Supervisors
