Community Education & Outreach Manager

Horizon Health is seeking a Community Education Manager for the Behavioral Health Program at Inspira Medical Center in Bridgeton, NJ. The role leads the development and execution of comprehensive community education and referral strategies to promote unit services. In collaboration with the Program Director, you will manage communications, marketing plans, and relationships with providers, insurers and community partners.
