This position involves providing critical patient care in a Medical Step-Down setting, requiring a solid foundation in critical care nursing. The role aims to support patients meeting Medical Step-Down criteria through comprehensive clinical responsibilities. Job Details Location: Cleveland, Ohio Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week Required Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio At least 1 year of critical care or step-down experience Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association ONLY Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association ONLY Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or other professional certification recognized by the Magnet Recognition Program Two years of critical care or step-down experience Additional Information: Position activation date is August 31, 2026.
