England Location: Clearfield, UT, 84015 Pay: $90,792 – $116,168 per week Schedule: Full-time Workplace: Onsite The Over the Road Mentor position offers an excellent opportunity to travel while earning competitive pay with C.R. England. Over the Road Mentors teach apprentices how to safely and efficiently drive a truck in accordance with state and local laws and C.R. England policies. Mentors get paid for all the miles the truck moves and earn extra with Mentor Bonuses and Cash Incentives. Responsibilities Deliver to the 48 lower states. Handle no‑touch freight, primarily refrigerated goods with some dry freight. Act as a mentor, teaching apprentices proper driving techniques. Maintain safe driving practices and comply with company policies. Driver Requirements Valid Class A CDL with 6+ months of recent Tractor Trailer experience and 25 years of age or older.
