THE MONEY
Base pay: Hourly while you ramp up
Commission: 18% once you hit your revenue threshold

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Troubleshoot and repair residential electrical systems McKinney to Sherman
Present flat-rate options on every job — customers always get choices
Educate homeowners on panel upgrades, EV chargers, and surge protection
Maintain a clean, stocked van and professional job site
Document every job with photos and dispatch system notes

REQUIREMENTS
3–4+ years residential electrical experience
Texas Journeyman or Wireman license (or actively working toward it)
Clean driving record
Pass background check and drug screen
Hwy 75 corridor location preferred
