Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews during HydroVac and HydroTest operations
• Coordinate daily jobsite activities to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance
• Monitor and manage equipment usage and maintenance on site
• Facilitate clear communication between crew members, management, and customers
• Ensure production goals are met while upholding quality standards
• Support and promote continuous improvement initiatives and a positive team culture

Qualifications

• Experience leading field crews in HydroVac and/or HydroTest operations
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in field operations
