AI Learning Experience Designer

We are seeking an AI Learning Experience Designer to design innovative, learner-centered training solutions powered by artificial intelligence. In this role, you will blend instructional design, learning science, and AI technologies to create personalized, engaging, and measurable learning experiences for employees, customers, or students.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts, product teams, and stakeholders to develop AI-enhanced learning programs that improve learner engagement and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end learning experiences using instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Design Thinking).
• Develop AI-assisted learning content, assessments, and simulations.
• Create personalized learning pathways using AI-driven recommendations.
• Use generative AI tools to accelerate content creation while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Design microlearning, e-learning, instructor-led, and blended learning solutions.
• Build interactive learning activities using authoring tools.
• Analyze learner data and learning analytics to improve course effectiveness.
• Collaborate with SMEs to transform technical content into engaging learning experiences.
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive learning practices.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies for learning and development applications.
• Maintain learning content within Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation and learning design.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
• Experience with LMS platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, or Educational Technology.
• AI certifications (Microsoft, Google, AWS, OpenAI, etc.).
• Experience with adaptive learning platforms.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering.
• Experience designing chatbot-based learning experiences.
• Familiarity with xAPI, SCORM, and Learning Record Stores (LRS).
