As a Home Health Caregiver, you will work with our clients to provide high-quality, personalized care and support in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities Provide personalized care and support to clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist with medication management and administer medications as needed Help clients with mobility and exercise routines to improve their overall health and well-being Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless transitions and coordination of client care Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families About the Role As a Home Health Caregiver with Modani Care, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly as a PART_TIME employee, with varying shifts and schedules.
