Pj's Coffee Of New Orleans in Montgomery, TX is looking for one barista to join our team. We are located on 17128 Walden Road Suite 100. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.

Join the Fast, Friendly, and Fun environment at PJ's Coffee of New Orleans in Montgomery Texas! We are hiring immediately for Baristas to join our team! Previous Barista experience is not necessary...but high energy, high enthusiasm, and an overwhelming commitment to Customer Service are essential!
Barista Job Responsibilities:
- Provides consistently EXCELLENT customer service with a Cheerful, Friendly personality by communicating professionally, and respectfully with customers while working well with team members
- Accurately prepare and serve PJ's Coffee beverages and food products according to PJ's Coffee standards
- Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend menu items (coffee, pastries, etc.) to customers
Have fun serving great coffee, beignets, and more!
Requirements:
- Commitment to customer service
- High enthusiasm
- High sense of urgency to deliver quality products at a friendly speed
- Previous experience as a barista is NOT required
- Strong communication skills
Compensation:
- $10.00-$14.00 per hour includes tips
