This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple responsibilities throughout the day. Key Responsibilities: Enter and process customer orders accurately in the system Take and manage customer orders via phone and email Resolve day-to-day customer service issues in a professional manner Follow up on delinquent accounts and assist with collections Prepare and process invoices Update inventory and prices using Excel.
