Kelly Services is seeking dedicated and reliable Facilities Maintenance Technician to join a leading manufacturing team in Ward Hill, MA. Facilities Technician Location: Ward Hill, MA Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour Schedule: 1st Shift (7:00 AM 4:00 PM)

Position Objective Join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician, where you will handle equipment and facility installation, repairs, and preventative maintenance for site infrastructure and utilities. You'll be integral to supporting efficient operations while ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

Essential Functions

Perform installations and repairs on equipment and facilities, including electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, chillers, and associated systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues alongside coworkers from various departments.
Respond to emergency repair needs and complete preventative maintenance as required by company procedures and regulatory standards.
Manage inventory of spare parts, consumables, and tools.
Monitor and assess daily facility and manufacturing equipment, identifying and recommending solutions for inefficiencies.
Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs or services.
Assist in creating and maintaining critical documentation such as blueprints, plans, and permits.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education & Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification in mechanical or electrical trades preferred.
Advanced industrial mechanic skills and broad technical knowledge.
Experience with industrial electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, air compressors, HVAC, chillers, painting, carpentry, and small-scale construction.
Familiarity with 5-S principles.
Basic PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to work independently.
Willingness to work overtime, off shifts, and respond to call-ins when needed.
