Travel Home Health RN – 24 Week Contract | Days

We’re seeking an experienced Home Health RN for a travel assignment in Newport, Vermont!

Location: Newport, VT
⏳ Contract: 24 Weeks
Schedule: Friday–Monday | 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs/week
Call: Emergency call may be scheduled

Requirements:
✅ Active RN License
✅ BLS/BCLS certification
✅ OASIS experience required
✅ Home Health & Hospice experience required
✅ Experience traveling patient-to-patient for home visits
✅ Ability to adapt to changing schedules
✅ Valid driver’s license in good standing
⭐ Minimum 3+ years of experience of Home Health RN

Assignment Details:
EMR: HealthWyse (Careficient)
Home-based patient care
Holiday coverage required
Facility conducts its own background check
