Sweetfields Farm is seeking seasonal staff for our Fun Farm Fall Event (Part Time, Seasonal)​

Come work outdoors in our fun and rewarding family environment filled with the joys of fall season!

Applicants must be patient, polite, fun, energetic, social, responsible, reliable, able to be outside all day, able to lift 30lbs, able to be on their feet all day, love families/children and Fall season

Shifts with availability:

Mondays(9am-2pm), Fridays(9am-2pm), Saturdays(9am-5pm) and Sundays(9am-5pm)

all shifts are for seasonal help. All offered positions are temporary! Positions are only available for the 2026 Fall season and will be scheduled between September 20th thru November 9th.

Farm Greeter/Ticket scanner

Pumpkin Patch Assistant/ Grounds Helper

Peddle Tractor Attendant

Hayride Operator

Activities Coordinator/Farm Animal Fun

Veggie Launcher attendant

Concessions crew

U-pick Assistant/Attendant

Cashiers

Qualifications:

• Must be 16 years old or over
• Must understand this is a temporary/seasonal position
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work outside in the Florida weather
• Must be able to be on their feet all day
• Must have good manners, common sense and social skills
• Must enjoy: being in a farm environment, Fall season, families and kids
• No Smoking or Vaping on farm property
• Must be relatively active/fit
• Able to lift 30lbs
• Ability to work well in teams and individually
• Must be able to pass drug test and background check

The Sweetfields Farm family takes pride in our family farm and all the wonderful families that visit/share in every Fall season during our large corn maze and pumpkin patch event. Farming flowers, veggies, and providing access to agricultural fun for over 18 years. Seasonal employment is being offered during our Fall festival. We are a fun wholesome work environment with positive work ethics. We hold a low staff turn around because we care about our help and it shows. Our helpers return season after season to assist us in bringing fun smiles and lifetime memories to families. We have decided to expand our team!
