We take pride in our work and support our team from the office to the field.What We Offer$35.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience, with the ability to make $78,000 to $90,000 with peak season OT pay opportunitiesPaid weekly!!!!A positive, team-oriented work environment with long-term stabilityOngoing training and opportunities for career growthMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off (that increases with tenure) and 6 paid holidaysRetirement plan with company matchCompany vehicle providedYearly tool allowance providedWhat You'll DoDiagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, VRF, boilers, VAVs, and controlsTroubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and electronic control systemsPerform system startups, testing, and performance checksInstall commercial HVAC equipment and components as neededMaintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with customers and internal teamsFollow all safety procedures and company standards on every jobWhat We're Looking ForA minimum of 3 years of commercial HVAC service experienceStrong working knowledge of refrigeration, electrical systems, schematics, and controlsEPA Universal Certification required, and NATE certifications are a plusAbility to read blueprints and diagnose complex system issuesComfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying conditionsValid driver's license with an insurable driving record
