Base pay range $52,500.00/yr - $71,250.00/yr Job Summary CGS Federal is seeking a Client Success Representative to support the Client Success department. Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, recruitment for new contract acquisition, supporting existing client programs, and assisting the Director and Business Development teams with various tasks. The role involves candidate sourcing, security process management, proposal support, and operational project execution as needed. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update the CRM, including opportunity cards, pricing, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and submitting qualified candidates. Review and present candidate profiles to clients. Manage a pipeline of candidates for open opportunities, ensuring they pass pre-screens, interviews, and security checks. Update and enhance CGS Applicant Tracking System. Create and maintain core documentation and systems. Maintain knowledge of government contracting processes. Support client relationships, communications, and growth initiatives. Create growth opportunities with existing clients. Participate in deal crafting, business strategy, pricing, and contract negotiations. Assist in onboarding new clients from prime and subcontract wins. Support Business Development with pricing, market research, technical writing, and sourcing personnel.
