Family Medicine Physician

Seeking an immediately available Family Medicine Physician for a full-time or part-time role in an outpatient clinic setting. Provide comprehensive primary care across all ages, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of acute and chronic conditions. Deliver preventive services such as exams, immunizations, screenings, and women’s health. Manage chronic diseases, interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and coordinate care with specialists. Document accurately in EMR, participate in quality improvement, and supervise clinical staff. Work in a fast-paced environment, supporting underserved populations, adhering to regulatory standards, and participating in on-call duties. Qualifications include MD/DO, residency in Family Medicine, board certification/eligibility, active medical license, and relevant experience. Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, cultural competence, and EMR proficiency are essential.
