About This Role The Registered Nurse (RN) in Oncology at Hartford HealthCare is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a supportive environment. Highlights Location: Meriden, CT Facility: Mid State Medical Center Schedule: Full Time, Night shift (3 12-hour shifts per week, 7 PM - 7 AM) Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,250 for student debt assistance What You’ll Do Provide patient care in the Oncology unit. Utilize research, innovation, and evidence-based practices. Participate in the Oncology Nurse Residency program. Offer clinical instruction and additional learning opportunities. Support colleagues with a focus on wellness and mental health. Maintain healthy staff ratios and ensure quality care. Assist in the onboarding of student nurses and recent graduates.
