Flatbed Company Driver (W-2) - Ardmore, OK
HMD Trucking is on the lookout for experienced OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to haul freight nationwide. We offer a strong base mileage pay starting at $0.65 per mile, plus performance bonuses (an extra $0.05 CPM for safety and productivity) and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

- Payment for every haul, whether you tarped or not.

If you hold a Class A CDL and possess a minimum of 12 months of OTR flatbed experience, join HMD Trucking for competitive compensation and a supportive team focused on your success.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
