Hybrid Onboarding Specialist for Inclusive Healthcare

Callen-Lorde is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to ensure a seamless, compliant onboarding experience for new hires and non-employees. You will partner with Talent Acquisition and cross-functional teams to coordinate documentation, background checks, I-9/E-Verify, orientation, and access setup. This is a hybrid, full-time role with two required onsite days weekly. You will maintain audit-ready onboarding records, support health clearances, and contribute to continuous process improvements using #J-18808-Ljbffr Callen--lorde
