Property Manager – Affordable Housing / LIHTC Portland Courtyard – Portland, TN & Washington Square – White House, TN | 112 Total Homes Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Affordable Housing Property Manager to oversee two established communities in Portland and White House, TN , totaling 112 apartment homes. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on property management professional with strong LIHTC experience who enjoys a smaller, multisite portfolio and takes pride in compliance, resident satisfaction, and strong day-to-day operations.
